Edward Dunsworth is an assistant professor and scholar at McGill University's Department of History. His first book Harvesting Labour: Tobacco and the Global Making of Canada's Agricultural Workforce was awarded the Henry A. Wallace Award.
Dr. Bishop-Stall is a scholar and professor at both Concordia and McGill University. She was awarded McGill university’s Arts Insights Dissertation Award for the year’s most outstanding dissertation in the Humanities.
Andrew Potter is a Canadian author, journalist, and academic focusing on media and public policy. He is currently a professor at McGill University’s Max Bell School of Public Policy. Previously, Potter served as editor-in-chief of The Ottawa Citizen.
Stéphane Giroux has been a journalist with CTV News for over 30 years. Throughout his career, he has also worked with Radio-Canada and served as president of the Fédération professionnelle des journalistes du Québec (FPJQ) from 2013 to 2019.
Christopher Curtis is a freelance journalist and contributor to Radio-Canada and The Montreal Gazette. In 2020, he won the Canadian Association of Journalism award and was one of the four finalists for the Long Feature prize at the National Newspaper Awards.
Savannah Stewart is a freelance journalist from Montréal. Lately, her time is split between her "roles as managing editor at The Rover and contributing editor for the arts at Cult MTL."
Jaela Berstein is a Montreal based climate journalist & storyteller at CBC News. Her work has has received several awards including a Digital Publishing award and a National RTDNA.
Cloe Logan is a climate journalist from Halifax working as Canada's National Observer's Atlantic reporter. Her latest story, A Tale of Two Coasts received a bronze award in the Long Feature Category at the Atlantic Journalism Awards.
Students for Palestine Honour & Resistance (SPHR) is a student organization at McGill and Concordia Unversity "committed to Palestine's struggle for liberation from zionism and Imperialism."
Independent Jewish Voices Canada (IJV) is a Canadian organization advocating for justice and peace in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Their additionally focus on indigenous solidarity, and "justice-oriented jewish communities."
Canadians for Justice and Peace in The Middle-East (CJPME) is a Canadian organization established in 2002. They aim to "enable Canadians of all backgrounds to promote justice, development and peace in the Middle East, and here at home in Canada."
Kristen Snell is an award-winning journalist and the academic director for Concordia University's Institute for Inclusive, Investigative and Innovative Journalism. Her work largely focuses on culturally responsible journalism practices.
Ashira Darwish is a Palestinian journalist, filmmaker, and trauma healer. She started out her career as a radio journalist and researcher, working for the BBC, Amnesty International, and Human Rights Watch. Currently serving as an executive producer at Science and Nonduality, Darwish's recent documentary, Where Olive Trees Weep, powerfully amplifies the voices of Palestinians enduring the hardships of Israeli occupation.
